Panel Sessions

The Joint Review Panel (the Panel) established to review the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project held sessions with the public and Aboriginal groups for the purpose of seeking comments on the following three topics:

1. the draft List of Issues [PDF 269 KB];
2. additional information which Northern Gateway should be required to file; and
3. the location(s) of the oral hearings.

The Panel's response to all written and oral comments received on these three topics can be viewed in the Panel Session Results and Decision [Filing A27964].
